- tsp each:
- 4 bone-in beef rib-eye steaks
- (12-oz each)
- 1 TBL ground coffee
- 1 TBL kosher salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- chili powder
- garlic powder
- dried thyme
- sugar

Preparation
Step 1
preheat grill to med-high hat
brush grill w/ oil
trim steaks of excess fat & scrape bones
of connective tissue
combine rest of ingred. in sm. bowl
apply rub to both sides of steaks
grill steaks uncovered, over direct heat
abt. 4 min pr side for med-rare
let steaks rest 5 min before serving
