Ingredients
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- brown rice, for serving

Step 1
Make sauce: in a small bowl, combine honey, sesame seeds, soy sauce and garlic. In a large bowl, whisk together egg whites and cornstarch. Add chicken, season well, toss to coat.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium. Add half the chicken, turning often, until golden 6-8 minutes. Repeat with rest of chicken. Return all of chicken to skillet, add sauce and scallions, toss to coat. Serve with brown rice.
