Ingredients
- salt
- 12oz12 oz spaghetti
- 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups shredded pecorino cheese
- 1tsp1 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve 1 cup water, drain pasta and return to pot.
Add 1/4 cup water to pasta. Gradually add 1 cup pecorino, tossing with tongs until cheese is melted. add pepper. add more water if needed. Sprinkle with rest of cheese to serve.
