- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter, slightly cooled
- more butter for pan.

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together milk, flour, eggs, sugar, salt and butter, Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Heat a 12 inch skillet over medium. Add a bit of butter to skillet. Pour 1/3 cup batter into skillet, swirl to coat all sides thinly. Cook about 1 minutes until edges are dry. Lift with spatula and flip, cooking 30 seconds more. (the first few won't be perfect)
Serve warm with maple syrup.
