Ingredients
- 1 Large avocado
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 Cups milk (I used Silk Coconut/Almond blend)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Large cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced
- 2 Tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
- 3 Tablespoons minced green onions
- 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Place avocado in a large bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and mash until smooth.
Add milk, mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, green onions, and vinegar. Whisk to combine.
Pour into a container, seal, and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Use dressing within 7 days.
Note
Use additional milk to thin dressing to desired consistency.
