Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 2 pie shells, unbaked
  • 1 lb pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. mixed red and green pepper, chopped
  • ●Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • ●In a large bowl, combine sausage and cheese. Place half of mixture in each pie shell.
  • ●In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion, and peppers; mix well. Pour half of the egg mixture over sausage in each pie shell.
  • ●Bake for 55-60 minutes.
