Ingredients
- 1 package yellow Deluxe Duncan Hines Cake Mix
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 8 oz. Packages cream cheese - softened
- 1 /2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cans cherry pie filling

Step 1
Pre-heat oven 300 degrees.
Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix in large mixing bowl. Combine remaining cake mix with 1 egg and oil. It will be crumbly.
Grease a 9"x13" pan well, all the way up
the sides. Put this mixture in the pan and work it around with your fingers. Press it down and up the sides of the pan about 3/4 of the way.
Mix cream cheese and sugar. Blend well and add the
remaining 3 eggs and the reserved 1 cup cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. At low speed, add milk, lemon and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour into crust.
Bake at 300 degrees for 45-55 minutes until center is firm. When cake is cool, put cherry top on it and refrigerate.
