Ingredients
- 2 boneless butterfly pork loin chops from Tarini's, halved (about 12 ounces) OR
- 2 bone-in chops from Tarini's (about 22 ounces, with bone)
- 1/2 tablespoon EVOO
- 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced - optional
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Dijon
- 2 tbsp. Kraft reduced-calorie Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup (slow cooker) or 1/2 cup (skillet) chicken broth, or more as needed

Preparation
Step 1
* Salt and pepper and sauté chops just to brown in oil and set aside.
* Sauté onion, if using, until brown and remove.
* Combine mustard and dressing in a bowl and mix well. Add garlic and set aside.
* Return chops to pan, over medium-low heat, and spread with Dijon mixture. Top with sautéed onions.
* Pour a bit of chicken broth around, not on, the chops and cover the pan with a lid.
* Cook over low heat, just barely simmering, for about one hour, until chops are very tender, adding more chicken broth and/or water around chops as necessary to keep saucy.
* To prepare in slow cooker, cut boneless chops in half crossways and saute. Place in bottom of slow cooker. Top with sauteed onions, if using. Combine dressing, dijon and chicken broth and pour over chops. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, uncovering at end to reduce sauce, if necessary.
