Ingredients
- 3 medium avocados
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 2 cans (10.5 oz each) bean dip
- 1 lg bunch scallions, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 (3 1/2 oz) cans ripe olives, chopped
- 1 8 oz pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
Spread bean dip on bottom of 9x13 pan.
Mash and mix avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add as next layer of dip.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Add as next layer of dip.
Then add layer of scallions, tomatoes, olives and finally cheddar cheese.
Serve with Tortilla chips
