Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 cup 7 grain rice medley
- 1 lb turkey, cooked and diced
- 2 litres of chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil. Add onions, carrots and celery and cook till tender.
Add seasonings, rice blend and turkey. Cook for 1 minute.
Add broth and boil 30-40 minutes till rice is cooked.
