Ingredients
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup parsley, coarsely chopped
- (1) 2oz. can anchovies, drained
- 2 tsp. tarragon leaves
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- (2) 6.5 oz. cans tuna fish, drained
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 3/4 cups mayonnaise
- 4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- salt and pepper

Step 1
In a food processor combine onion, parsley, anchovies, tarragon, vinegar, horseradish, garlic, tuna fish and lemon juice. Process until mixed thoroughly. Transfer into a 2 qt. mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and adjust seasonings with add'l curry, salt and/or pepper. Chill overnight to thicken and blend flavors.
Serve with assorted crackers.
