Ingredients
- 4 organic grass fed beef steaks (such as filet mignon)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2/3 cup organic whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste.
Add olive oil to skillet and place over medium high heat. When oil is warmed add steaks to skillet. Cook for 3 minutes per side for medium steaks. Remove steaks from skillet, set aside and keep warm.
Add cream to skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste. Scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan. When cream is heated, pour over steaks and serve.
