Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz.) bag organic mixed greens
- 1 avocado
- 2 carrots, cut into thin coins
- 2 tomatoes, cut into eights
- 1/4 red cabbage, cored and shredded
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded, deribbed and cut into strips
- 4-oz. bean sprouts
- Salad Dressing
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 teaspoons basil, crushed
