Step 1

Whisk 6 eggs, 1/3 c 2% milk, 1/2 tsp dried parsely and salt and set aside. Then in large skillet cook 6 oz bulk pork sausage and remove and drain. Then in same skilet cook 1 1/2 c frozen cubed hash browns that have been thawed and 1/4 c chopped onion about 5-7 minutes or until tender. Return sausage to the pan. Now add egg mixture and cook until set, then add 1 c (4 oz) shredded cheadar cheeese. Cook until cheese is melted. WE TRIED THIS 1/13 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD. THE BOYS THOUGHT IT WAS OK, I DID NOT INCLUDE THE ONION.
