Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 C sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 C cream
- 1/3 C blanced almonds ground
- 1/4 C baileys
- 1/4 C amaraetto
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla or almond
- 1/3 C toasted almonds
- Crust: 1 1/2 C vanilla wafers or spice cookies, 1/2 C chopped toasted almonds, 1/4 C butter, 1 T amaretto

Preparation
Step 1
Crust: Mix all ingredients, pat in bottom of sprinform pan & bake at 375 for 7 min. Filling: cream the cream cheese and sugar, mix in eggs and cream, add additional ingredients. Place filling on top of crust and cook in water bath at 350 for 1 hour. Mix ingredients for topping, add to top of cake and bake for 10 more min. Cool compeletely and refrigerate before serving.
