Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thick, BETWEEN 2 pieces of parchment paper. Carefully peel away the top piece of parchment paper. Run a spatula along the piece of parchment paper that you just peeled away. You will be able to collect any dough on the parchment and then add it to the rolled out dough. Using your spatula, press this extra dough as thin as you can, on the parchment paper.
3. Place another piece of parchment underneath the dough. Score the dough with a pizza cutter. For smaller crisps, use the pizza cutter to cut into smaller squares. For crisps to serve with any topping, use pizza cutter to cut into larger size rectangles.
4. Place double parchment DIRECTLY on the middle rack in the over. Bake at 325, 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Make sure you start checking at 12 minutes. Different ovens make a difference with temperature as well as the thickness of the dough.
