Mushroom, Chorizo and Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 600 g Chicken Thigh Fillets, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 3 Chorizo Sausages, sliced
  • 200 g small Mushrooms, halved
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano Leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

*Combine chicken, garlic, oregano and oil in a bowl. Cover and marinate in fridge for 30 minutes. Thread chicken, chorizo and mushrooms onto skewers.

*Heat a chargrill pan or barbaecue on high. Cook skewers, turning occasionally for about 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

*Serve with lemon wedges.
