Mushroom, Chorizo and Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken Thigh Fillets, cut into 2cm pieces
- 3 Chorizo Sausages, sliced
- 200 g small Mushrooms, halved
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Preparation
Step 1
*Combine chicken, garlic, oregano and oil in a bowl. Cover and marinate in fridge for 30 minutes. Thread chicken, chorizo and mushrooms onto skewers.
*Heat a chargrill pan or barbaecue on high. Cook skewers, turning occasionally for about 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
*Serve with lemon wedges.
