Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. raw shrimp
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 finly chopped scallions
- 1/2 tabl. fresh Dill
- 1 tabl. oregano
- 1 tabl. parsely
- 1/2 teas. pepper
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 1-8 oz Del Monte Sauce
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzerella
- 1/2 cup sherry
Preparation
Step 1
Place shrimp in a casserole that can go in oven and on top of stove. Sprinkle with garlic, scallions, dill, parsely, salt and papper. Place cheese in between and on top of shrimp. Melt butter, pour over and bake 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Simmer sherry and can of tomato sauce together...when shrimp is done pour sauce over all. Boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
