Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 teas chopped fresh sage
- 1/2 lb bulk breakfast sausage, crumbled
- 1/4 teas hot sauce
- 8 oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese and sage until well mixed. In a skillet over medium high heat, brown the sausage until cooked through, 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a fork as you go; stir in the got sauce, let cool.
2. Preheat the oven to 375. Remove the crescent roll dough from the tube and open the dough triangles so they lie flat. Spread the cream cheese over each one. Top each triangle with an even layer of sausage. Roll the dough into a crescent according ot the pkg directions and trasfer to a baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes, serve warm or at room temp.
