Ingredients

  • 2 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 onion thinly sliced
  • Chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 (.75 oz) packet dry brown gravy mix vs pork gravy mix

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place pork in a 9x13 in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Top w/ onion and ushrooms and pour wine and beef broth over it.
Bake in oven for 45 minutes
When done baking, rest meat. Pour gravy mix into the baking dish with the wine, broth and juices
and heat and stir until thickened.
Slice meat and pour gravy over it.
