Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled
- 1 t fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 1/8 t ground black pepper
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 1 (11 oz) bag bowl-shaped corn tortilla chips
- Fresh Tomato Salsa
- Garnish:sour cream, fresh cilantro

- 1 cup finely chopped, seeded tomato
- 1 T minced red onion
- 1 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine avocados, clemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper; mash with a fork to combine. Cover and chill.
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cumin and chili powder.
Spoon 1 teaspoon avocado mixture into each bowl shaped tortilla chip. Top with 1 teaspoon chicken mixture. Spoon 1 teaspoon fresh salsa over chicke. Garnish with sour cream and fresh cilantro, if desired. Serve immediatly.
For the salsa, in a small bowl combine all ingredients; cover and chill.
