Ingredients

  • 1 (4oz) pistachio flavor instant pudding
  • 1 can crusted pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1/2 c walnuts, chopped
  • 3 1/4 c miniature marshmellows, divided
  • 2 (8oz) tubs cool whip, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Stir pudding mix, pineapple with juice, nut and 1 c marshmellows in a large bowl until blended. Gently stir 1 tub of whipped topping in.

Mix remaing tup and 2 cups of marshmellow in separate bowl. Reserve 1/2 of the mixture. Spoon 1/2 of pudding mixture into large bowl. Top with marshmellow mixture then the remaining pudding mixture. Garnish with marshmellow mix, marshmellows and cherries and chopped pistachios.
