Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders
- 2/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried parsley

Step 1
Combine bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings in a large bowl. Dip chicken in melted butter; reserve butter. Roll chicken in crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in a greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is tender. To a small saucepan, add wine or broth, onion, parsley and reserved butter; heat until warm. Spoon over chicken and continue to bake, covered, for 5 to 7 minutes.
