Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c butter, soft
• 1/2 c peanut butter
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 c flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 c chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and creamy.

Add egg and mix until light and fluffy

Blend all dry ingredients together.

Add dry ingredients to butter mixture until well combined.

Add chocolate chips.

Scoop into baking sheets and bake on 375' for 10-12 minutes.
