Ingredients
- 3 eggs separated
- 3/4 c confectioners sugar
- 1 1/4 C self-rising flour
- 1 C cornmeal

Step 1
Beat egg whites in blow until stiff. Fold in sugar gradually, then fold in beaten egg yolks. Sift the flour and cornmeal together and fold into mix gradually. Place in pastry bag with 1/2" tip and pipe into 3 1/2" lenghts on lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional sugar & bake at 425 degrees for about 5 min.
