Ingredients
- 1 pound chanterelles (mushrooms), chopped
- 1-2 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups white wine (such as a Chablis or Sauvignon Blanc)(or use white grape juice with a dash of vinegar)
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté mushrooms in butter until the mushrooms begin to release their juices. Once mushrooms have begun to reduce, add wine to skillet and continue to sauté for another 3 minutes or so.
Remove skillet from heat and stir in sour cream. Whisk sour cream into wine and mushroom juice until smooth. Transfer to serving platter and serve warm.
