Ingredients
- 1 green pepper, quartered
- 1 red pepper, quartered
- 1 yellow pepper, quartered
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 lb. ground pork sausage, browned and drained
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 6 oz. can black olives, drained and diced
- 4.5 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 8 oz. pkg. shredded pepper jack cheese
- 8 oz. jar salsa
- 1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Place peppers and onion in a food processor and process until finely diced. Mix all ingredients except dough in a bowl; refrigerate 8 hours to overnight. On a floured surface, roll out thawed dough into a 15" x 10" rectangle. Spread chilled mixture over dough and roll up jelly-roll style. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until golden, about 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
