Einkorn Biscuits

Ingredients

• 2 C Einkorn
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 Tb baking powder
• 3 Tb Jovial olive oil and the rest buttermilk to make 1 cup

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together flour, salt and baking powder.

Pour oil/buttermilk mixture over dry ingredients and just stir together. Should be wet.

Scoop out into floured counter. Lightly pat into circle. Cut out in 2 to 3 inch rounds.

Bake 400 on lightly greased sheet for about 10 minutes.

I never compact by rolling!
