Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 glove garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) ranch style beans, not drained
- 2 cans (10 ounce each) ROTEL diced tomatoes and green chilies, not drained
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt
- Ground black pepper

Step 1
Cook beef with onions and garlic in large skillet over medium-high heat about 7 minutes or until beef crumbles and is no longer pink.
Add beans, ROTEL and the chili powder; mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
