White Chip Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 C flour
• 2/3 C baking cocoa
• 1 t baking soda
• 1/4 t salt
• 1 C butter( 2 sticks)
• 3/4 C granulated sugar
• 2/3 C packed brown sugar
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 2 C ( 12oz) white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt in small bowl.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar & vanilla in a large bowl with electric mixer until creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in morsels.
Drop by well- rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 350* for 9-11 minutes.
