Ingredients
- 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes
- Water
- 1/4 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1-2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 6 basil leaves, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes and boil in water.
Once potatoes are cooked through, drain water. Using potato masher, mash potatoes to desired consistency.
Add cream, butter and garlic. Stir to combine.
Sprinkle on basil leaves. Stir and serve.
