Ingredients
- 3/4 pound chuck eye steak, cut into medallions (medallions are simply smaller sized pieces)
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup port (or use Martinelli’s non-alcoholic Sparkling Cider)
- 1 cup low sodium beef broth

Preparation
Step 1
Place beef and garlic in a large zipper topped plastic bag. Pour in wine and beef broth. Seal and place in refrigerator for at least 12 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place beef and marinade into a casserole dish with tight fitting lid.
Cover and cook for about 2 hours or until beef is cooked to preferred done.
