Ingredients
- 1 lb. skirt steak
- 1 small cabbage, cored and cubed
- 1 red pepper, seeded and cubed
- 1/4 lb. snow peas, trimmed
- 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce (like House of Tsang Saigon Sizzle)

Preparation
Step 1
In greased skillet over medium-high heat cook steak for 3 minutes; stirring constantly. Remove beef from skillet. In same skillet, combine cabbage, red pepper and peas. Return beef to skillet and add the stir-fry sauce and cook 2 minutes or until hot.
