Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 star anise (by the spices)
- 1 cup jasmine rice

Preparation
Step 1
In a sauce pan over medium-high heat, bring water, cinnamon and anise to a low boil.
Once water begins to boil, add rice. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and continue to cook for another 20 minutes or until rice is done.
