Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber (or use a small regular cucumber), sliced
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Place sliced cucumber and sliced onion in a mixing bowl. Season vegetables with salt and pepper. Stir.
Mix together water, vinegar and dill. Stir to combine.
Pour over cucumber mixture. Stir to coat. Place in refrigerator for about 1-2 hours to chill before serving.
