Ingredients

  • 1 lbs. mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 Tbs. butter
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Saute mushrooms in 2 Tbs. butter until they render their liquid. Add the flour and stir well. Stir in the sour cream and heat gently over medium-low heat. Bring just to a boil

Put mixture into a greased 8x8" pan. Melt the remaining Tbs. of butter and pour over the mushrooms. Sprinkle with the cheeses. Bake about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
