Ingredients
- 2 cups buttermilk baking mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cup sugar
- 6 Tablespoons and 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 3 1/3 cup hot water

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF. In a greased 9 x 13 baking dish, mix baking mix, 1 cup sugar, and 6 Tablespoons cocoa. Stir in milk and vanilla until blended. Sprinkle evenly with remaining sugar and cocoa. Pour water over the top and do not stir. Bake 40 minutes or until top is firm. Dust lightly with powdered sugar. Spoon while hot into dessert bowls and serve warm with ice-cream.
