Ingredients
- 1 c. cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 10-oz. package of frozen raspberries, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream, sugar, and gelatin in a heavy saucepan. Heat gently until mixture just comes to a boil. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Stir in the sour cream and vanilla. Spoon into individual bowls. Cover and chill.
