Ingredients
- 1/4 c. olive oil (DIVIDED)
- 1/4 c. pine nuts
- 1 pkg (10-oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
- Dash ground red pepper
- 2 t. basil
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 8 oz (1/2 pkg) Penne, cooked and drained

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet heat 2 T. oil over medium high heat. Add nuts; cook and stir one minute or until lightly browned. Remove nuts and set aside.
Heat remaining 2 T. oil in skillet. Add broccoli and garlic, stirring frequently. Cook three minutes or until broccoli is tender.
Add water, bouillon cubes and ground red pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve bouillon cubes. Simmer one minute.
Season with basil, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese, penne and nuts. Toss to coat.
