Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 1/3 c. flour
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. blueberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. butter, softened

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter, gradually adding the 1/3 c. sugar, until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add egg, beating well. Combine 2 1/3 c. flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternating with the milk, stirring only until ingredients are incorporated. Stir in the vanilla; add blueberries.
Combine topping ingredients to make a streusel. Put batter in greased muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Top with streusel. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
