This easy chicken breast recipe is very simple. Plus, you don't have to stand over your stove, keeping watch. Simply coat the chicken in a breadcrumb and Parmesan cheese mixture and bake. You can serve the chicken with all kinds of side dishes, such as a salad, broccoli, or mashed potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

In a plate, combine dry bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Put melted butter in a shallow dish.
Dip chicken breast fillets into melted butter and roll in bread crumb mixture. Place in buttered or oiled baking dish.
Bake in preheated 350 F (175 C) oven for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
