Creamy Chicken Crescent Roll-ups

By

Chicken roll-ups are fun, weeknight dinners. If you have never made them before, now is the time. These Creamy Chicken Crescent Roll-Ups take minimal time to prepare and bake in the oven for just 20 minutes. The crescent rolls are coated with crushed croutons and filled with a creamy chicken mixture. You can serve them over a bed of rice and veggies, with a salad, or with another side dish that you like eating with your chicken.

Step 1

Blend together first four ingredients.
Separate crescent rolls into triangles.
Spoon chicken into the bottom of the triangle, fold in the bottom corners, and roll up.
Lightly roll in melted butter then roll in crushed croutons.
Place on un-greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 min.
If desired serve with cream of chicken soup diluted with ½ cup milk over the crescent rolls (I also like to add salt, pepper, parsley, cayenne, and curry to the sauce)
