- 6 pounds beef brisket
- 12 ounces soy sauce
- 1 can beer
- 1 whole lemon juice
- 3 dashes liquid smoke flavoring -- optional
- 1 can beef consomme

Step 1
Mix all ingredients and pour over brisket in plastic bag or non-reactive dish. Cover and marinate overnight.
Cook in marinade for 4-5 hours covered at 300-325
