. French Brie Cheese ( I used Belletoile from Mortons.)
. Natural sliced almonds ( I used Sunkist from Publix )
. Brown sugar
Toast almonds in butter till they have absorbed some butter and start to brown. 300 degrees. Set aside. After cheese softens, fill cups. Put in oven and melt. Add a pinch of brown sugar to each cup. Add several toasted almonds on top. Warm again before serving. They taste their best when warmed but can be served cold. Enjoy!
