Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
cream together margarine and sugar, then add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Stir together flour, baking powder, and soad and add to batter. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Pour half the batter in lightly greased angel cake pan, sprinkle half of sugar/cinnamon mix, then add remaining batter and sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mix on top. Bake at 350 for 45-60 min. Test with knife. Let cool for 20 minutes, then turn out on plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
