Ingredients

• It’s important that all your ingredients be room temperature when making the cookie dough.
• Ingredients
• 4 T Unsalted Butter
• 1/3 C Brown Sugar
• 1/3 C White, Granulated Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 C All Purpose Flour
• 1 T Cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
• Cinnamon Sugar - whisk well to incorporate
• 1/2 C Sugar
• 3 T Ground cinnamon
