• 3 1/4 cups Perfect Pizza Blend (King Arthur)
• 1 T. Pizza Dough flavor (optional)
• 1 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 T. olive oil
• 1 1/4 cups warm water
• 2 tsp. yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients
Mix till smooth, adding additional flour and water as needed
Allow dough to rise for an hour
