  • 3/4 cup red wine (Burgundy, Cabernet, or Merlot)
  • 6 TBS olive oil
  • 4 TBS McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning (or equivalent)
  • 6 steaks (6 oz ea)

Combine wine, oil and seasoning
Add steaks and refregerate for 1 hour or overnight.
Grill or broil as desired
