1 (8oz) coolwhip, thawed
assorted cookies
garnish- sprinkles, chocolate chips, nuts, etc.

Preparation

Step 1

Spread whipped topping about 3/4 " thick on 1 cookie.
Place another cookie on top.
Roll, or lightly press edges in garnish.
Freeze about 4 hours or until firm.
Wrap individually & store in freezer up to 2 weeks.
